HISTORY REWRITTEN

Located in Chevy Chase, DC, our client grew up in this four-square home, which was originally built in 1911. In 2020, he bought the 4,500 square feet home from his parents, who were downsizing. He, along with his wife, hoped to adjust the home for their growing family, but it needed a complete transformation. Our team reimagined all the architectural interiors, while aiming to keep the historic integrity of the house. The project included additions to the owners’ suite, family room, and basement, and Barbara Noguera Interiors oversaw all construction management.
