1930s TURNAROUND

This complete first-floor house renovation for a young family transformed a 1930s home into a modern living space. An old-fashioned kitchen was transformed and relocated, a powder room was relocated, and a living room and dining room were brought into the 21st century. The renovation resulted in better circulation flow, functional spaces, and a cohesive home with spaces that mindfully related to each other. Thanks to quality reupholstery, we used all the client’s furniture in the living room to create an intimate sitting area at the entry of the house. The owners’ bedroom and bath all received a beautiful renovation, too.
